want to buy-marklin 1103 baukasten tin wind-up auto. these are large 15" x 5". later version 1997 repop with number 19031 also. see picture below-want the two tone blue version with box a big plus! send pictures and price. thanks

I never owned one, but I’ll never forget my first exposure to a Marklin train set at Allied Model Trains.

Spectacular, doesn’t even begin to describe the quality of their products.
The Germans sure knew how to build stuff.
My only experience with the wind up toys was from a Schuco Mercer that my Grandfather bought for me when I was a kid.
I still have it, but unfortunately it’s missing a few pieces after the many years of playing with that little gem.
